Soup, Stew, and Chili Entree Ideas

Vegetable and Orzo Soup - a hearty soup with zuchinni, corn, carrots, onion, garlic, navy beans and tiny rice-shaped pasta, flavored with balsamic vinegar.

Broccoli and Cheese Soup - this lowfat version uses reduced sharp cheddar cheese, fat-free half and half, broccoli and onion.

Crab and Corn Chowder - bacon, onions, bell pepper, potatoes, celery, thyme and Old Bay Seasoning give a burst of flavor to corn and lump crab meat.
